Julian is not happy. It's written in every line of his body, every muscle in his face. But he's a Prince of Amber, damnit, and he's not blowing up where anyone can see.

So he stalks to his (their) room, shoulders set, arms stiff. She will tell him what he wants to know!

The dorr slamming closed behind him should let her know that he's back.

Julian has come back to the bar against his better judgement. Under normal circumstances, he'd stay away for as long as possible - probably a decade or so, just so he doesn't have to deal with this.
